PALLAS'S CAT OF EASTERN MONGOLIA
Author Otgonbayar Baatargal had the rare opportunity of growing up and working in the Mongolian Eastern steppe and among its most spectacular wildlife for several years.
During his time in wildlife research, he was able to capture many wonderful and intimate moments of the Pallas’s cat in photographs, including stunning images of Pallas’s cat, its prey species, and other inspiring creatures.
Through these photos, Baatargal not only provides a glimpse into the the elusive Pallas’s cat but the remarkable life of a conservationist and animal lover.
